CANTON, Ohio -- Flesh eaters are taking over Canton this weekend.
The Factory of Terror is cranking up the creep factor Friday and Saturday (May 12-13) with an interactive experience that puts you in the middle of a zombie apocalypse.
Each brave guest will be armed with a laser gun as they come face to face with gobs of zombified live actors.
It all happens as you wind your way through Canton’s Factory of Terror haunted attraction, which is a three-time Guinness World Record holder for longest walk-through horror experience.
But there’s a choice to make before you enter… Do you want to be a part of the human or zombie team?
“If you sign up to be a human, you will be recruited to join the human alliance where you will be given a high-power multi-operational tactical laser gun to exterminate all zombies in order to save the human race," organizers say. "If you sign up to be a zombie, you will be transformed with the living dead virus then given a zombie weapon and placed in the zombie outbreak area in order to attack all humans.”
Cost for humans or zombies range from $19.50 to 39.50. Everybody must be at least 10 years of age to participate. CLICK HERE for more information.
If you’re looking for even more screams, the Haunted Hydro in Fremont is hosting a halfway to Halloween celebration Friday and Saturday (May 12-13) from 8 p.m. until midnight.
With monsters lurking around every corner, the weekend event comes with a special twist as parts of the haunted attraction will swallow its guests in foam.
