Celebrities gather for Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland

CLEVELAND - It was wine, fashion and local celebrities Saturday at the sold-out second annual benefit for Ronald McDonald House at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel on Cleveland's Public Square.

More than 600 women turned out for the event that featured a fashion show, a fine collection of wines, gourmet lunch, raffle prizes, and a live auction.

The celebrities modeled fashions from Toni in Style.

There was a Wall of Wine Cork Pull that showcased a variety of more than 100 great wines.

There were also the charming Shoe Guys, who distributed VIP swag bags, take photos with attendees, serve wine, and showcase trays of various gifts, fashions, and wines.

According to a news release, since 1979, the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland, a not-for-profit organization, has offered a comfortable home-away-from-home for families of children receiving medical treatment at area hospitals.

In addition to the 55-room House on Euclid Avenue, RMH offers families of pediatric patients a comfortable spaces to rest and recharge at Ronald McDonald Family Rooms at Cleveland Clinic Children's, Fairview Hospital, MetroHealth Medical Center, and UH Rainbow Babies & Children's and a free online resource for families across Ohio through RedTreehouse.org. RMH relies on the generosity of the local community to provide support and services to the more than 100,000 individuals it serves annually.
