CLEVELAND -- Police were called out to 13405 Ashburton Road for a report of a man dead on the living room floor about noon Friday.
The man, 50, had a gunshot wound to the chest. He was taken to University Hospitals where he was pronounced dead.
Police learned that the suspect, who police believe is in his 40s, and the victim were involved in a verbal argument and the suspect shot the victim and then ran away.
Members of the Homicide Unit, along with the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, were at the scene.
The investigation continues.
