1 girl shot on west side released from hospital, 1 still critical

CLEVELAND - One of two girls shot on Cleveland's west side Tuesday evening has been discharged from the hospital Friday.

Elizabeth Davis, 9, was shot in the back inside a home at the 7300 block of Dudley Avenue. Her niece, 3-year-old Savannah Davis, remains in critical condition after being shot in the head.

Elizabeth was inside the home watching television while Savannah sat on her mother's lap on the front porch. A car pulled up and a passenger began firing shots.
