Mayor Jackson, Chief Williams give message to city of Cleveland

CLEVELAND - Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson and Police Chief Calvin Williams issued a PSA video Wednesday, asking citizens to work together as one community in order to help solve crimes.

The pair discussed the recent search and death of Steve Stephens, the man accused of killing a 74-year-old and posting video of the murder on Facebook. They also urge the public to be vigilant and report possible crime tips to work as "One Cleveland."
