CLEVELAND - It seems as though whatever Cleveland Cavaliers' LeBron James wants, he tends to get.
Case in point: James was asked how Tuesday, which marks both the Cavs' championship ring ceremony along with the first game of the Cleveland Indians-Chicago Cubs World Series matchup, could get even better.
“Maybe having an ice cream truck outside both arenas at the same time as well,” he said last week, according to Fox Sports.
And now, his wish is granted.
Blue Bunny Ice Cream will now be posted up between Quicken Loans Arena and Progressive Field with a semi truck full of free sweet treats for fans downtown.
"Hey Cleveland, @KingJames asked for an ice cream truck to make tomorrow even more fun," the company tweeted out Monday morning. "Free ice cream is coming – see you soon! #WonForAll"
The Cavaliers' ceremony begins at 7:30 p.m., and the first pitch of the World Series will be thrown at 8 p.m.
