Funeral arrangements announced for child, great-grandmother killed in Cleveland house fire

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Funeral arrangements have been announced for two people who lost their lives Wednesday in an early morning house fire in the 3400 block of Granton Avenue.

The victims are 8-year-old Kihlee Richardson and her 61-year-old great-grandmother, Catherine Miller.

Services for both are on Saturday at The Church of Saint Clarence on Lorain Avenue in North Olmsted at 10 a.m.

Both will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park following the services.

A GoFundMe page has been created to help the family with funeral expenses.

Cleveland Fire Chief Calvillo says none of the smoke detectors in the home were working at the time of the fire, which started on the first floor around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The cause still remains under investigation.
