Police say shooting victim was 'uncooperative'

CLEVELAND -- Police say the victim of a Tuesday night shooting was "uncooperative and provided officers no suspect information or details regarding his injuries."

Authorities are investigating the incident, which happened in the area of E. 123rd and St. Clair around 8 p.m.

When officers responded to the scene, they found the 33-year-old victim with three gunshot wounds to his leg.

He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment.
