CLEVELAND -- 12-year-old Tamir Rice died from a gunshot wound to the torso with "injuries of major vessel, intestines and pelvis."
His autopsy report was released shortly after 11 a.m. Friday.
The report states the gunshot wound entered the left side of the abdomen.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office lists his death as a homicide.
The autopsy says Tamir was 5'7" and weighed 195 pounds.

Toxicology results show there were no drugs in his system.
Tamir was shot and killed by police last month when officers responded to a 911 call that somebody was walking outside the Cudell Recreation Center. Listen to that 911 call HERE.
Police say the weapon Tamir was holding, which was an "airsoft" gun, was indistinguishable from a deadly firearm. Authorities also say Tamir did not follow orders to put his hands up.

Since video of the shooting was released, protests have filled the streets of Cleveland with many calling for the resignation of Safety Director Michael McGrath and Executive Assistant Marty Flask.
