Teen shot on E. 55 over 'Black & Mild' cigar

CLEVELAND, OHIO - An investigation is underway after a 16-year-old was shot in the chest following an argument over a Black & Mild cigar Saturday afternoon on East 55 Street. 

According to police, the victim was involved in a verbal argument with suspect's 14-year-old brother over the cigar, which led the suspect to then shoot the teen.

The victim was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center where he was treated for a gunshot wound to the chest. His condition is currently unknown. 

No arrests have been made in the case as police continue to investigate.
