CLEVELAND -- A 65-year-old man was shot on the East Side of Cleveland early Friday, according to police.
Police say the shooting happened in the area of East 136th Street and Harvard Avenue about 1:30 a.m.
Officers were dispatched to South Pointe Hospital to meet with the victim, a 65-year-old man.
He told them he was riding his bicycle when an unidentified male called out to him.
After he ignored the man, he heard a gunshot and felt a pain in his side, according to police.
The victim described the suspect as a 20-year-old black man.
The victim was treated for his injuries and released, and no one has been arrested in connection to his shooting.
