Citizens Bank robbed in Euclid

EUCLID - Officials are asking for your help to identify a suspect that robbed a Citizens Bank on Tuesday morning.

It happened shortly before 10 a.m. on 23300 Lakeshore Blvd.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6'1", slim build, armed with a silver revolver.  

He entered the bank displaying the gun, then immediately began demanding money, and ordering employees to get on the ground. 

The suspect jumped over the counter, ordering the teller to get on the ground.  

He then removed money from the teller's drawer, hopped back over the counter, and exited the bank.  

According to officials, there is video of the suspect hopping over a fence in the parking lot. Police believe he may have entered a vehicle parked nearby.  

The suspect wore a dark colored, hooded sweatshirt, pulled over a baseball style hat.  He was also wearing a nylon mask and white earbuds.  

No physical injuries were reported.

Tips can remain anonymous and reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individuals responsible for this robbery.
