Businesses closed as clean-up continues following floods

CLEVELAND - The day following heavy rains and high waters, crews, residents and businesses continue to clean up the aftermath.

In Brooklyn, torrential downpours flooded out a Sam's Club and a Burger King.

Burger King employees had to be rescued Wednesday night as waters rose knee-deep.

Both businesses are closed Thursday. 

As Andrew Horansky explains in the video above, there were warnings that something like this could happen.

Some residents are demanding changes, such as parking lot redesigns. Others wonder if Big Creek needs widening. Learn what one person had to say in the video below:
