CLEVELAND - Cleveland State University has removed a shelter in place warning issued Sunday afternoon.
The alert came as police search for a man suspected of broadcasting a homicide on Facebook.
CSU UPDATE: CSU has removed the shelter in place. Operations are to return to normal. Classes are normally scheduled tomorrow as planned.— Cleveland State (@CLE_State) April 16, 2017
The original alert stated:
"Cleveland Police are searching for a murder suspect last seen south of interstate 90 in the area of E. 93rd. Shelter in campus or stay away from campus. "
Classes will take place as scheduled Monday.
