Lorain County | One arrested, 2 still at large after death

ELYRIA -- Police have identified a man who died after a fight overnight in Elyria and have made one arrest and identified two other suspects.

Davion Strupe, 24, of Lorain was taken to the University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center ER, where he died.

Officers were called to Garden Street in Elyria late Monday and while en route received calls that multiple gunshots had been fired on the same street.

In the area of Infirmary Road and Garden Street, they found a woman holding Strupe, who was unconscious and bleeding profusely.

Witnesses told police he had been involved in an altercation with about 30 people on Garden Street and that he was shot as he attempted to flee the area.

Police have arrested Markus A. Martin, 26, of Elyria, who is charged with one count of murder, one count of kidnapping and one count of aggravated burglary. He is being held without bond at the Lorain County Jail.

Police are seeking two additional suspects who are still at large.

Tristen I. Belfiore, 17, of Elyria is wanted for aggravated murder, kidnapping and aggravated burglary.

Anthony Marcano, 22, of Cleveland is wanted for murder, kidnapping and aggravated burglary.

Belfiore and Marcano should be considered armed and dangerous. Police ask that anyone who sees them contact local law enforcement.
