Patrol: Toxicology report released after fatal crash

GRAFTON -- The Ohio Highway Patrol investigated a double traffic fatality which occurred April 6 on SR 57 near Mennel Road in Grafton Township.

Robert Willis, 38, and Jolene Willis, 37, were killed as a result of the crash when Willis' motorcycle traveled left of center and was struck head-on by a SUV.

Robert Willis, the driver of the motorcycle, had a blood alcohol level of .209, according to the Highway Patrol.

The legal limit in Ohio is .08.

Jolene Willis, the passenger on the motorcycle, had a blood alcohol level of .130, according to the Highway Patrol.

The crash remains under investigation.
