 CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland Police Department tell us that 2 year old Mercedes Hernandez has been located unharmed. Police responded to the area of W. 135th and Bennington for a report of a missing child. She was believed to be with an hispanic male named Agustin Hernandez, 23 who was last seen with the child after threatening to take her. The suspect suffers from bipolar disorder and was considered armed and dangerous.
