GOSHEN, Ohio -- Police want you to designate a driver when you are out drinking, but not if it's your 1-year-old son.

On June 3, police arrested Marya Green, 29, after a police officer witnessed her driving a car while her driver's license was under suspension.

This happened at the intersection of Buddy Lane and Park Avenue at the Green Acres Mobile Home Park in Loveland.

After pulling her over, the police officer learned that Green had her 1-year-old son on her lap and was allowing him to steer the car.

Green had two other children, 8 and 5 years old, in the car with her.

Several field sobriety tests were performed on Green. She was then arrested with a blood alcohol level of .111 percent, nearly twice the Ohio limit of .08 percent.

This is Green's third OVI arrest in 6 years. Her children were released to their father, and the Department of Children's Services has been notified.

She faces charges of DUI, driving under an OVI suspension, non-Compliance, and endangering children.
