NFL player Derrick Martin cited for drugs at Hopkins Airport

CLEVELAND -- Officials at Hopkins confirm that Baltimore Ravens cornerback Derrick Martin was cited for drugs at the airport yesterday evening.

A spokesman for Cleveland Police confirms that a man sharing the player's name and date of birth was cited for drug abuse after TSA screeners discovered him with three bags of marijuana.

According to the Ravens website, 23-year-old Martin is the first player for the Ravens to be selected out of Wyoming. He was picked in the 6th round of the 2006 draft.

This will be his third season playing for the team.
