CLEVELAND -- This has been a rough winter already on homeowners and furnaces. Many homes lost heat and had broken pipes, thanks to the frigid weather at the beginning of January.
Guess what? It's happening again.
W.F. Hann and Sons, of Bedford Heights, says that, over the weekend, they had 80 service calls. Typically, they have 10.
They have crews working around the clock to keep up with the demand.
"It's been really busy, but we have to work until we get it done because people have to have heat," says Pat Walsh, of W. F. Hann and Sons.
Experts say to make sure to change your filters on your furnace and, if you notice something is wrong, don't wait until it gets cold to call for service.
