No injuries after jet hits bird on takeoff from Hopkins

CLEVELAND -- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Agency is investigating after a jet had to abort a flight on Sunday after bird strike.

According to a spokeswoman at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, a Southwest jet bound for Chicago ingested a bird and had to return to Cleveland shortly after takeoff.

No one was hurt.
