Could R.I. suspect be Cleveland's missing Ashley Summers?

Could a Warwick, Rhode Island suspect caught on surveillance video be Cleveland's missing Ashley Summers?

Ashley Summers, then 14, was reported missing from the West 96th Street and Madison Avenue area on the west side of Cleveland on July 9, 2007.

She was last seen at her home on July 6, 2007.

A surveillance video of an alleged credit card suspect in Rhode Island began making the rounds and members of Summers' family here in Northeast Ohio saw it and think it could be Ashley, now 21.

The FBI told WKYC "We are aware of the suspects photos involved in the alleged credit card fraud in Warwick, RI. We are in contact with the Warwick Police Department and are hopeful these 2 suspects' true identity will be determined," said FBI spokeswoman Vicki Anderson.

"If it results in it being Ashley Summers, we will release that information at the appropriate time. We continue to follow up on all leads/tips regarding Ashley, no missing child case is ever closed until it is resolved."

Summers was 5 feet 5 inches tall when she disappeared. She weighed 130 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
