Officials in Mahoning County corruption investigation in court

Two officials charged in connection with a corruption-related investigation in Mahoning County faced a judge in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court this morning.

A judge set bond at $15,000 each for Youngstown Mayor John McNally and Mahoning County Auditor Michael Sciortino.

Both entered not guilty pleas to charges of racketeering, bribery, tampering with records and theft in office.

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Tim McGinty's office, investigated the case.

A hearing has been set for June 5.
