COLUMBUS - Reports of an attack on Ohio State University's main campus led to a flurry of tweets and social media postings Monday morning.
Campus police issued an alert just before 10 a.m. warning students of an active shooter near Watts Hall. Now, police say the suspect was shot and killed by police, but used a knife and car in the attack.
Some students, faculty and people on campus turned to social media to relay what they were seeing.
Some students say a car jumped a curb and attempted to hit pedestrians before the reported shootings. Another student says a second suspects remains at large. WCMH also reports that one professor says a colleague was slashed with a machete:
