Browns RB Jamal Lewis says he will retire after this season

This is Lewis' 10th season in the NFL; his 3rd with the Browns.

Lewis spoke about his retirement to Channel 3's Jim Donovan.

Against the Bears, Lewis had 16 attempts for 69 yards.  For the 2009 season he has 98 carries for 349 yards.

The 30-year old Lewis is 21st on the all-time rushing list in the NFL.  He has seven 1,000-yard seasons and 36 100-yard rushing games.

Lewis was originally drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the first round (5th overall) of the 2000 NFL Draft.
