Cleveland: Union rejects concessions package

It was 899-25, about 97 percent against the package.

However, the officers voted to help any affected officers with financial assistance.

The city asked the union to take pay cuts which in the end would have saved about four million dollars.

Friday, the city sent out layoff notices.
