Cleveland: New aquarium swimming to life

    • The Greater Cleveland Aquarium's debut is swimming closer and another wave of its inhabitants have splashed into their new home.

    We just received pictures from the latest delivery and stingrays were one of several watery creatures highlighted with the new arrivals.

    Officials at the aquarium are ready to roll out the wet carpet for sharks, which will be lurking in their tank very soon.

    The Greater Cleveland Aquarium's grand opening is Saturday, Jan. 21 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. It's located in the FirstEnergy Powerhouse on the west bank of the Flats at 2000 Sycamore St.
