Best Buy posted its third-quarter earnings and the results aren't pretty.
The Minneapolis-based company said it earned just $12 million last quarter.
That's down 97 percent from a year ago.
Recently appointed CEO Hubert Joly called the numbers, "clearly unsatisfactory."
The embattled electronics retailer has struggled in recent years to compete with online retailers such as Amazon, and big box stores such as Wal-mart and Target.
