CINCINNATI -- A prosecutor says an investigation of questionable absentee ballot applications has led to a raid on the Cincinnati office of a pro-casino group.

Hamilton County prosecutor Joseph Deters says deputies seized documents from the Ohio Jobs and Growth Committee office on Monday. He says the committee is "fully cooperating" with the investigation of dozens of absentee ballot request forms with voter information that didn't match elections board records.

In a statement, committee chairman Charlie Luken says it recently became aware of "irregularities" involving a field worker and absentee ballot applications. The worker has been fired.

The committee is campaigning for a ballot issue to allow casinos in Cincinnati and three other Ohio cities.
