The Cuyahoga County Board of Health administered a total of 9,400 free H1N1 vaccines Sunday to those considered most "at risk."
The high risk group includes pregnant women, young children and their caretakers, and those with compromised immune systems (such as asthma patients.)
The vaccines were divided among three separate locations: Olmsted Falls Middle School in Olmsted Township, Charles F. Brush High School in Lyndhurst, and the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Board of Education in Brecksville.
Despite the massive lines outside the buildings, things ran as smoothly as could be expected. Unfortunately, due to the high turnout, hundreds were turned away.
