HOLMES COUNTY -- An Amish man could lose his farm after he was busted by an undercover milk agent.
Arlie Stutzman sold raw milk to the agent working for the State Department of Agriculture. But selling or giving away raw milk was outlawed in 1997.
Now, Stutzman has lost his license to sell milk, which is 75-percent of his income. The state says Arlie Stutzman can re-apply for his milk license at a later date.
