
CANTON, Ohio (AP) -- Gifts from LeBron James? foundation and Cleveland athletes are among those pouring in to benefit the 2-year-old son of a slain pregnant woman.
Uniontown native Jenn Snyder has organized a silent auction fundraiser to benefit Jessie Davis? son, Blake.
Davis was nearly nine months pregnant when her mother reported her missing June 15th after finding the boy alone in her home. Authorities found Davis? body after several days of searching in a remote area of Cuyahoga Valley National Park on June 23rd.
Snyder has collected donations to auction off at a July 21st benefit in Hartville. Items include autographed memorabilia from the LeBron James Family Foundation, Browns wide receiver Braylon Edwards and Indians players Grady Sizemore, Travis Hafner and Victor Martinez.
The benefit will be at the Hartville Kitchen from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Not only will there be an auction but there will also be a family festival.
