VALLEY VIEW -- Former President Bill Clinton will visit the Cleveland area this afternoon and evening on behalf of his wife Hillary Clinton's campaign.
His first stop is an event with Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones at the Tri-C Eastern Campus where he is scheduled to speak at 3:15 p.m. in Highland Hills. Doors open at 2 p.m. This event is open to the public and free.
Next, he hosts a few hundred people for a private, $1,000-a-head event at Dante restaurant in Valley View.
The owner, Dante Boccuzzi, and his staff have been making preparations.
From fine dishes to deserts.
Even making the president's favorite, the peanut butter crunch bar.
Dante says at his restaurant everyone is a VIP, but when a president visits your restaurant, you paint the walls and make sure everything looks fresh.
