CLEVELAND -- If you're job or the economy is stressing you out, you might want to try the downward facing dog.

As the economy takes a tumble more and more business workers are turning to yoga.

Louise Clemens has felt the stresses of everyday life.

"Work and three kids," she said after a session at the Karma Yoga Studio in the downtown Warehouse District.

Clemens has been doing yoga off and on for years, and started up again six months when the pressures of working for a new company caught up with her.

"A lot of [yoga is] physical, but a lot of it's mental," she said. "You kind of space out from all the things you should be worrying about."

The Karma Yoga studio has seen a 25 percent increase in business in the past year, and owner Clyde Chafer attributed that in part to nearby downtown businesses having their employees do yoga.

"It's really growing," he said.
