The Sunday sea of orange and brown wasn’t washed away by Mother Nature’s wicked mood. Chilly winds and constant rain didn’t scare football fans away because they continued the tailgating tradition in the muni lot before the Browns battled the Chargers on Oct. 28, 2012.
