TJ Lane, the suspect in the fatal Chardon High School shootings, was in court on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, with his attorneys in a motion hearing. They were there to ask a judge to throw out the statement the teen made to authorities following the incident. Video of Lane making those statements was shown on a screen in the courtroom.
