The White Stripes' song Seven Nation Army has been adopted by sports teams around the world as a rallying cry, and Nashville resident Jack White has welcomed the phenomenon.
But one team he doesn't want adopting the song is Donald Trump's.
White's label, Third Man Records, issued a statement on Tuesday, saying White and his former bandmate Meg White are "disgusted" by the use of the song in a new Trump campaign video.
"They are disgusted by this association, and by the illegal use of the song."
They're not alone. British rock greats Queen expressed their disapproval when Trump used We Are the Champions as his entrance music at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland in July.
