Dimora's bond was set at $50,000. He posted the bond and returned to his Independence home.
In addition to Dimora, 55, of Independence, and Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Bridget McCafferty, 44, of Westlake, today's indictment also includes Robert Rybak, 53, of Independence; Jerry Skuhrovec, 63, of Independence; Michael Gabor, 51, of Parma; and William Neiheiser, 62, of Gates Mills.
A second indictment charged Russo's former deputy chief auditor Samir Mohammad, 44, of Cleveland. A third indictment charged Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Steven Terry, 58, also of Cleveland. A fourth indictment charged Gabor alone.
All seven also appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty. All were released on bond.

WKYC's Chris Tye talked with Dimora as he was enroute to pre-trial services in the courthouse.
"I've done nothing worng," Dimora said. "It's like a person with cancer. You just don't know when it's coming."
Dimora added, "My family is OK. It's been a tough, two-year ordeal. I'm not shocked."
Regarding his early morning arrest, Dimora told Tye, "They just came this morning. I could throw a shirt on and we left."
