CLEVELAND -- The next presidential election is six months away and the battle for the White House has made its way to the Buckeye State.

President Obama kicked off his re-election campaign in Columbus Saturday at Ohio State University.

"We're not going back were moving this country forward," said Mr. Obama.  Forward, is the direction Bill Sopko of Stamco Industries hopes to move his metal stamping business.

"Back in our heyday we had 3 shifts about 140 people," said Sopko.  That was before the recession.  Now, only 50 employees remain at the plant.

Sopko, hopes to bring back permanent, full time positions. On Monday, Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney will be bringing his message to Stamco.
