TWINSBURG -- The Cleveland Clinic will break ground Thursday on the $96 million Twinsburg Family Health & Surgery Center. The center will bring 300 jobs, generate more than $600,000 annually in local payroll taxes, and also generate $1.3 million in state payroll taxes.
