LORAIN -- A Lorain man who was deported twice and then re-entered the U.S. has been named Fugitive of the Week.
Salvador Magana, a Mexican national, is wanted by Lorain Police, U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement agents, and the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.

Magana, 39, faces charges of gross sexual imposition, domestic violence, and illegal re-entry into the United States. The incident which made him Fugitive of the Week took place on December 11, 2011.
At that time he was accused of entering a house in the 1800 block of East 42nd Street in Lorain, and forcing himself on a female victim in an upstairs bedroom after refusing to let her leave.
Magana, who stand 5-foot-7 and weighs 198 pounds, has been known to frequent the areas of South Lorain, Amherst, and Oberlin. He has a previous address on the 100 block of Brace Avenue in Elyria.
A reward is being offered for the information which leads to Magana's capture. Callers can use the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive hotline at 1-866-4-WANTED, or text a tip to 847411 (tip411), using the keyword WANTED.
Callers and texters can remain anonymous and still qualify for the reward money.
