CLEVELAND -- The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that would lead to the capture of fugitive Devonshae Jackson.
Jackson is wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office for failure to register as a sex offender.

He is one of the remaining four wanted sex offenders that were targeted during the Operation Valentine Takedown-Broken Hearts Feb. 14-17.
As a result of the operation, 36 out of 40 sex offenders have been arrested.
Jackson, 28, stands 5'09" and weighs 180 pounds. He was last known to be living on the 6700 block of Forman Avenue in Cleveland.
Jackson has a violent criminal history and should be considered armed and dangerous.
