CLEVELAND-- Reverend Jawanza Karriem Lightfoot Colvin has some pretty big shoes to fill.

AKRON -- Gloria Rookard from Akron enjoyed a stellar career in nursing despire cultural obstables of the time. She then turned her skills into a home health care business that just added another city to its expansion.

SOUTH EUCLID -- They've been in business since the Second World War, and the four generations of the Whitmore family have had to learn how to adjust to the times.

EAST CANTON -- Renee Powell started playing golf at the age of three in her backyard in East Canton.

CLEVELAND-- Antioch Baptist Church is the second oldest Black church in Cleveland. It was founded in 1893, during the time many African Americans migrated to the North.

CLEVELAND -- Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church's mission is to go, gather and grow. There is morning prayer every weekday at six o'clock.

CLEVELAND -- From Howard to Harvard, Robert Madison, 86, had a dream to become an architect and fought the odds against him, many telling him along the way that he wouldn't get hired or work because he was black.

CLEVELAND -- Last year, Jason Lucas moved his successful funeral home -- Lucas Memorial Chapel -- from Bedford Heights to new quarters in Garfield Heights.

OAKWOOD VILLAGE -- The saying "A family that prays together, stays together" holds true in more ways than one at Mt. Zion Church in Oakwood Village.

AKRON -- It may seem like any other office building from the outside, but inside resides one of the finest collections of sculptures in the world.

LAKEWOOD -- A group of students from Lakewood High School are heading to the White House next week.
