AKRON -- Police and the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office are investigating the death of a 37-year-old Canton man.
Authorities say Kevin Collier was shot and killed while he was standing in the doorway of a home at 1134 Brandon Avenue in Akron around 10:00 p.m. Tuesday night.
Collier was taken to Akron City Hospital where he died.
Police are searching for his killer.
