SUMMIT COUNTY -- Three teenagers have been taken into custody in connection with more than 100 thefts in Summit County.

The Summit County Sheriff says the thefts over the past year occurred in Green, Coventry, Springfield and New Franklin. Items stolen included iPads, iPods, laptops and cameras.

On September 4, the teens, two 17-year-olds and a 19=year-old, were taken into custody and charged. Deputies say additional suspects have been identified and will face charges in the future.

Deputies say the stolen items were resold in the area. A search warrant at a game store in Coventry Township turned up several stolen items.

Some of the owners of stolen items have not been identified. If you have been a victim of a theft in southern Summit County over the past year and you have the serial numbers or identifying marks for the missing items, contact the Summit County Sheriff's Office.
