CLEVELAND -- Detectives are investigating after a woman was found dead in an apartment in the 1900 block of East 69th Street early Tuesday morning.
Preliminary investigation determined the 31-year-old woman suffered multiple stab wounds.
When officers arrived, she was found lying on the first floor landing around 4:20 a.m.
The woman, who has been identified as Jessica Harrell, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Also at the scene, police arrested a 52-year-old man.
The suspect's name has not been released.
