CLEVELAND -- A local expert on serial killers says evidence collected from the Imperial Avenue home of Anthony Sowell could eventually lead to the discovery of more victims.

CLEVELAND --- Anthony Sowell, 50, of Cleveland, was arraigned Thursday morning on attempted murder, rape, felonious assault, and kidnapping charges. Sowell did not appear but attorney Brian R. McGraw, who was assigned to defend him, appeared on his behalf. His case will be heard by Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge John Sutula.

CLEVELAND -- The Cuyahoga County Coroner says that, as of Wednesday afternoon, 11 victims have been recovered from the Imperial Avenue home where Anthony Sowell, who was convicted of attempted rape previously, lived and one victim has been positively identified.

CLEVELAND -- On Friday, Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge John O'Donnell ruled that Fred Finley can keep ownership of the Cleveland Cold Storage building until a hearing in January.

WASHINGTON -- Prosecutors say they'll drop manslaughter charges against one of the Blackwater Worldwide contractors charged in a deadly 2007 Baghdad shooting.
