Ohio police say a 12-year-old stole three vehicles and led officers on a chase through four counties that reached speeds of 70 mph until Stop-Sticks halted the pursuit on Tuesday.
The boy was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon after leading a Tuscarawas County Sheriff's deputy and Sugarcreek Police Chief Kevin Kaser on a 20-minute pursuit covering about 15 miles in a stolen 1997 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
Earlier, he had stolen his parents' Chevrolet van and a 1999 Ford extended cab pickup truck in Wayne County.
The boy will be charged with juvenile delinquency by reason of theft of a motor vehicle and fleeing and eluding, both felonies.
