Lynn France made national headlines after her story first appeared on Channel 3 News.
She alleges that she first discovered proof on Facebook of John's 2008 wedding to Amanda France at Disney World.
John France claims that he didn't need to divorce Lynn because their 2005 marriage in Italy wasn't filed correctly and, therefore, wasn't legal.
Lynn France alleges in court papers that the wedding was and is still valid, which would mean John France is currently married to two different women.
She also said she has a prenuptial agreement that gives her possession of the couple's Westlake home and provides for college money for Lynn's son from a previous marriage.
Lynn and John have two sons, ages 3 and 2, born after their wedding ceremony in Italy.
Lynn claims she initially filed for divorce in 2009 but withdrew the motion after she claims John wanted to reconcile their relationship.
