CLEVELAND -- A parking crunch around the West Side Market has some calling for "an end" to unlimited free parking for the market.

A neighborhood group and the city want to limit free parking to ninety minutes. Many vendors and customers say that's not enough time.

There is talk of charging two-dollars an hour after 90 minutes or five-dollars after 4 p.m.

New nearby restaurants and bars are bringing in more visitors and making parking scarce.

Vendors get the last word on what will happen with the parking situation.
